Subscriptions are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable. We may issue refunds at our discretion for the situations below.
Eligible Refunds
- Duplicate or accidental charges.
- Service outages preventing material use of paid credits.
- Requests within 7 days of initial subscription, where fewer than 5 credits have been used.
Not Eligible
- Credits already consumed by successful AI generations.
- Cancellations after the renewal date has passed.
- Dissatisfaction with AI output quality (outputs are suggestions only).
